TRIP DESCRIPTION

1 week in london- bus tour and walking tour. 6 nights in London - (do not go in the summer very few hotels have air conditioning) saw the bristish museum- treasures and relics from the empire days- the elgin marbles from the parthenon, treasures from india, ireland, scotland, etc.

Took a bus and walking tour of london- saw 221b baker street - (sherlock holmes home), picadilly circus, kew gardens, various palaces, changing of the guard. 10 downing street (the prime minsters residence), whites (famous mens club in the day), shopping galore

on the last day took a bus to stonehenge- do not miss it, 5000 years old, high light of the trip for me.

if you like history, shopping, going to shows, at a reasonable price- london is were to go
