"nice people and great music"
l like what I've heard about the people being so laid back and friendly. Also the music is a big factor since my husband is a long time musician and I love all kinds of music especially Irish, bluegrass and blues. The unemployment and cost of living seem lower than most. We're planning to visit within the next 2 months and get a feel for what it's like. The taxes do seem pretty high and the bugs seem very plentiful. But then we live in Florida so we're used to most of them except scorpions. Traffic seems like a problem getting in and out of Austin, I guess you get used to it though. People drive like maniacs down here, so many accidents every day. Anyway, that's it I guess.
