A real forest experience with one 3km trail and another 9km trail. Huge trees, old giant Outeniqua Yellowwoods, Red-billed Woodhoopoes, massive Tree Ferns, gulleys, streams, ancient Ironwood trees, Arum Lillies, fungi, bracket fungi, porcupines, dreams of Oupoot (the long-lost hero matriarch elephant made famous by Dalene Matthee), and evidence of baboon, bushpig and bushbuck are seen on almost every corner.
