Share the awe-inspiring wonders of nature's magnificent handiwork with your family at the Grand Canyon on this enchanting Arizona vacation. Explore Bryce Canyon and Zion national parks. Float down the Colorado River through Glen Canyon on a raft. See the sun rise over the Grand Canyon. At Lake Powell, enjoy a flight over the beautiful Rainbow Bridge - then enjoy a choice of great activities: explore the area by land on a four-wheel jeep drive to Antelope Canyon, or sightsee Lake Powell on a boat cruise. Ride a horse or mule along scenic trails at Bryce Canyon. Take a hike at Zion National Park. Every member of your family will be enchanted by all that you'll see, do and learn together.

Day 1 - United States
Welcome to Arizona, the "Grand Canyon State".
Your Arizona vacation begins at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess at 5:30 PM. Arrive early and enjoy the three swimming pools and other resort amenities at your hotel.
Day 2 - Grand Canyon
Cliff dwellings at Montezuma Castle.
Marvel at the high-rise apartments of the prehistoric Sinagua Indians at Montezuma Castle National Monument on your way to incredible Grand Canyon National Park. Stay in the heart of the park, near the Canyon’s rim, and experience one of nature’s masterpieces with your family after the crowds depart. Over one mile deep, the Grand Canyon is connected with Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon by a series of cliffs know as the Grand Staircase.
Day 3 - Page
Explore the Grand Canyon’s East Rim.
Watching the glorious sunrise at the Grand Canyon makes getting up very early well worth it! Spend the morning enjoying the Grand Canyon as you please. On a guided tour of the East Rim, you’ll stop at Moran Point and Desert View Lookout, each offering a different view of the Grand Canyon, en route to lovely Lake Powell.

Day 4 - Page
View Rainbow Bridge from the air.
Your adventures at Lake Powell will be a highlight of your Arizona vacation. Get a bird’s eye view of the amazing Rainbow Bridge and Lake Powell on a flightseeing expedition.
Later, take a boat cruise on Lake Powell or an expedition by 4-wheel drive vehicle to mystical Antelope Canyon. A variety of water sports are yours to enjoy this afternoon.

Day 5 - United States
Rafting in Glen Canyon.
No Arizona vacation would be complete without a rafting experience. Your family will never forget rafting through Glen Canyon together.
Enjoy real western entertainment during lunch in Kanab this afternoon, a town you may recognize as the setting for most of the famous "cowboy" movies that were made. Continue on to Bryce Canyon National Park along a rim road offering spectacular views of astounding stone spires in shades of pink, red and orange.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this right-in-the-park Lodge is the only accommodation within Bryce Canyon National Park. Its hiking trails offer scenic vistas and opportunities to glimpse the Canyon’s wildlife. Bryce Canyon Lodge offers a rustic 1920s elegance – down to replicas of the lodge’s original hickory furniture. This quiet and relaxed atmosphere, without televisions, allows the guest to get reacquainted with nature. Fine dining is available in the main lodge.
Day 6 - United States
Ride the trails of Bryce Canyon.
Weather permitting, saddle up and share the adventure of a trail ride, on either a horse or a mule, escorted by a cowboy guide who will point out hidden sights within Bryce Canyon. After lunch, it’s off to Zion National Park.

The name "Zion" means a place of peace and refuge. As a sanctuary with over 146,000 acres of cliffs, canyons, diverse plant and animal life, and uninterrupted beauty, Zion is well-named. Its massive sandstone walls, some as high as 3,800 feet, offer an opportunity for serenity and reflection for all who visit. Designed by Gilbert Stanley Underwood in the 1920s, Zion Lodge was destroyed by a fire in the 1960s, and today has undergone substantial renovations and rebuilding to restore its classic appearance and design. All rooms at the Lodge feature air conditioning, phones, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. Red Rock Grill, Zion Lodge’s recently renovated dining room, boasts spectacular views of the magnificent surroundings. Casual, outdoor dining can be found at the seasonal Castle Dome Cafe, which offers relaxed seating and park fare favorites.
Day 7 - Las Vegas
Natural and neon wonders.
Spend the morning exploring Zion National Park’s cliff-and-canyon natural treasures as you please. This afternoon, journey to Las Vegas to take in its neon wonders.

One of the most venerable hotels on the glittering Las Vegas strip, the distinctly Roman-flavored Caesars Palace is almost a destination unto itself because there is so much to see and do within the huge complex. Large guestrooms feature a wealth of amenities, including the signature Caesars-style marble bathroom. The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis features four inviting swimming pools surrounded by lawns, fountains and classic Roman statues. Window-shop as you stroll along the Appian Way or admire the beautiful fish swimming by in the towering glass aquarium while having a cool drink at the Seahorse Lounge. As you walk around in Caesars Palace, you might meet a Roman centurion or even see a classic statue come to life.
Day 8 - Las Vegas
Journey home from Las Vegas.
Your Arizona family vacation ends: Las Vegas. Red Rocks & Painted Canyons ends today as you say goodbye to the friends you’ve made. Check-out time at Caesars Palace is 12:00 noon. Fly home any time; a transfer to McCarren International Airport is not included. Allow yourself a minimum of two hours to check in for your flight. Meals: Breakfast
