At Vernon Woods, we offer 50 independent living apartments for people who are healthy and mobile, but who want a more care-free approach to life. And for those who may need assistance with medications, mobility or personal care, we offer 42 assisted living apartments and a caring staff to make life easier. By taking care of all your daily needs like fine dining, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and security, we allow you to fill your time with important things, such as relaxing, growing, learning and loving.

The Gardens at Calvary, which is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, is a special intimate community designed to be "home." The Gardens has been developed exclusively for those seniors experiencing memory impairment and is staffed by specially trained universal workers who provide a wide range of assistance including, personal care, activities, meal preparation and service, light housekeeping and laundry.

The Green House at Calvary is an assisted living memory care community designed to be "home." There are just 10 private bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. These bedrooms surround a common area that is centered around a hearth. The kitchen adjoins the hearth and dining area further enhancing the concept of "home." Just off of the common area is a gated attractive outdoor area affording the elders the opportunity to enjoy good weather. All areas are visible from the hearth and kitchen areas providing protective oversight of all elders.
