Hometown Manor Assisted Living Communities (HTM) has three locations serving the central Kentucky area. Located in the communities of Georgetown, Lawrenceburg and Shelbyville for 11 years, HTM is certified to operate by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
