A beautiful, small community rich in local history, Lodi is surrounded by scenic country vineyards on all sides. Although Lodi is quaint in size, there is ample access to shopping, services, and places of interest, including Lodi Lake, Walmart, Target, JCPennys, Mervyn's, Lodi Memorial Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed. Over the past decade our community has become well known in the area for our innovative approach to caring for seniors with Alzheimer's or Dementia — an approach we call "Join Their Journey." Within this environment, our highly trained staff joins residents in their moment, rather than trying to bring them into our reality. Through this approach, we recognize individuality, encourage choices and help residents maintain their dignity. We also work diligently to get to know each resident and his or her family, so that we can offer the right support for every stage of the disease process.
