Located in a residential area close to I-80 and Highway 12, our community is within easy driving distance of our local mall, several restaurants, banks, Travis Air Force Base and Tabor Park. Several medical facilities are also nearby, including David Grant Medical Center, Sutter Health, Northbay Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Vacavalley Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation facility if ever needed.
Over the past decade our community has become well known in the area for our innovative approach to caring for seniors with Alzheimer's or Dementia — an approach we call "Join Their Journey." The premise of Join Their Journey®, which is based on research conducted on seniors with Alzheimer's Disease, is simple: We believe that seniors affected by memory disorders still have so much to contribute to life. So our goal is to create a nurturing environment and provide ongoing opportunities every day that allow them to live purposeful, successful lives despite their disease.
