These apartments are for persons age 55 or better. We have newly remodeled apartments available. Each apartment, designed for retirement living, has a kitchen, living/dining area, bath and one or two bedrooms.
Our apartments have an attractive commons area and offer a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Tenants gather daily in the lovely dining room for a noon meal and conversation. Also, there are many celebrations of “special days” that are observed throughout the year. A fireside lounge, dining room, exercise room and a heated, connected garage add convenience. WelLHaven is also easily accessible to The Lutheran Home: River Falls via a tunnel entrance.
Individual apartments offer thermostats, air conditioner sleeves and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator and cupboard unit with sink. An emergency-call system is available. The noon meal, plus weekly housekeeping of the kitchen and bathroom are included in the rent package. Other services are available for an added cost.
