Radcliffe Place is a unique independent retirement community unlike any other in Washington in that we are an affordable retirement community. In order to be able to offer this high quality lifestyle for our residents at affordable prices, we have two eligibility requirements our residents must meet. First you must be 62 years of age and second you must qualify by income. Radcliffe Place is part of a state tax credit program and adheres to established rent guidelines updated annually. Income qualifications and rental rates are based on the area's median incomes.
