"Small town charm,easy to get around,has everything we need"
I,m a 64 year old white woman and take care of my 47 year old handicap daughter,I am trying to get a usda loan so we can have a little place of our own,They say that my husband needs to sign the pappers,I haven't seen him in 16 years and he won't give me a divorce,That is not fair that a woman can't buy a home om her own,we have been living with family and friends for 16 years,All i won't is to have my own home.we live on a low income but my credit is very good;Looking for a home for 0 down and around $200 month,If any of you know someone that has shack we can get for this please let me know I 'm willing to do a little work.This is a great site for us old gals to vent,Thanks,glad I found it,If anyone knows of a form that would make my ex exempt from my life please let me kmow ,I know there is but the usda knows nothing of it so I am looking for it myself.I am from tampa and lake butler But live in NY now ,and i hate the cold and won't to come home.I am staying with my sister right now in Lake Butler but if I can,t find a home soom.we will have to go back to NY untill I can get back down here next year,Wish me luck I love Starke and won't to retire there,Thanks for letting me run on so Much.Thanks Nina ninag46@gmail.com
