Burlington is a city in Racine and Walworth Counties in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 9,936 at the 2000 census. The city is located mostly within the Town of Burlington.
Burlington is nicknamed "Chocolate City, U.S.A.", due to the Nestl chocolate headquarters built there in 1965. Burlington is also home to an annual ChocolateFest on Memorial Day weekend.
