General Information about Marengo

Marengo is a town in Ashland County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 362 at the 2000 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 72.3 square miles (187.3 km²), of which, 71.3 square miles (184.7 km²) of it is land and 1.0 square miles (2.5 km²) of it (1.36%) is water. Two rivers run through the town of Marengo. Along the northern border is the Marengo River, flowing from the West, and along the southern border, flowing from the South West is the Brunsweiler River.
