General Information about Ventnor City
Ventnor City is a city in Atlantic County, New Jersey on the Atlantic Ocean shore of Absecon Island. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city population was 12,910.
Ventnor City was incorporated as a city by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 17, 1903, from portions of Egg Harbor Township.[1]

"Beware of Pru-Fox"
If you're looking for realty, then stay away from any Prudential, Fox& Roach realtors. Two of them from nearby Margate-- Lou Solomon & Mark Arbeit-- teamed up with a doughy, high-fivin' mortgage broker to stick me with the broker's house over a leaking underground oil tank. I wish I knew then what I know now about Arbeit & his previous career as an assistant elementary school principal. Read about it in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Stay away from this guy and all other Pru-Fox realtors, who likely have similarly sordid pasts!!
