North Plains is a city in Washington County, Oregon, United States. The population was 1,605 at the 2000 census. The 2006 estimate is 1,755 residents.[3] Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club just outside of town was home to the U.S. Women's Open in 1997 and 2003.[4]
