"Is adding a Jacuzzi a good idea?"
Replies
from what i have heard it wouldnt necessarily add to the value of the house because it all depends on who is buying it - maybe a young couple would like it but not necessarily other ages
Hi Baldeagle,
Frequent_Flyer is correct, install a Spa, Jacuzzi, or hot tub because you will enjoy it- not to increase value. Some folks have health concerns that preclude their use and enjoyment of such amenities (such as a heart condition or high blood pressure). And there may be regional differences to whether that adds value or not. In our region hot tubs are popular with families with young children. The kids love these, they are very theraputic and relaxing for the parents too!
