I'm interested in finding a retirement community with organized activities available as part of the community.
Due to my wife's need for relatively consistent temperatures, low wind velocities and higher humidities, I've been looking at areas of California that are within a half mile of the ocean.
So far I haven't come across such a community. Does anyone know of a consultant (not a Realtor) who gets paid for identifying such places?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
