"Stretching pre and post workout"
Replies
The stretches that you do really depend on the exercise that you do, If you work out at a gym ask one of the trainers what the best options for your work out routine would be - I'm sure they'd be happy to help and most even offer a free training session for first time users to help you design a work out plan that's best for you. If you just work out on your own google your exercise plus stretches and some great charts should show up. ex: if you jog type in stretches for joggers, jogging stretches, etc.

Although evidence is not yet conclusive, post-run stretching seems to help reduce the incidence of injury.

I really hate stretching, but know that I should be doing it more. What is the proper time to be stretching before a work out? Afterwards? Anyone have some good stretches for someone like me who doesn't enjoy stretching?
