"Manufactured home active adult communites on Long Island New York"
Replies
Hi easylife54,
As an owner/operator of two age 55+ "Communities for Older Persons", my recommendation would be to contact the local community owner's association for New York. Here is a link to their website: http://www.nyhousing.org/Locate.asp which will take you to the page where they have links to manufactured housing communities in all regions of the state.
Nearly every state has a similar association of owners or owners, manufacturers and vendors which typically carries a list of member communities. They help the community owners continue their educational requirements for managers, they provide public relation services for the industry and they advocate and lobby on behalf of their member communities.
Best wishes on your big move!

I am thinking at some point of possibly moving back to New York. I am very interested in the active adult communities in Riverhead Long Island. They are manufactured homes and the communities look fantastic. Anyone live there or have any information they can share with me. It would be greatly appreciated.
