"Has anybody tried the One Week Diet System?"
Replies
I'm new here but I notice that you haven't had anyone reply to your post. I haven't tried the one week diet but I don't think I would unless I just wanted to lose a lot of weight in a hurry for a special occasion because as soon as you go back on to food off the liquid you will most likely put on more weight than you lost.
My husband has recently started losing weight with a powder that he takes twice a day half an hour before each meal. He says he isn't as hungry and he definitely doesn't eat as much as he did before. He has lost 4 or 5 inches off his waist in two months.
He didn't change his diet (except that he doesn't eat as much because he gets full quicker) and he didn't add any excercise to his lifestyle. But he does lead an active lifestyle at times. He is an interstate truck driver so he sits for long periods of time some days but he is active on the days when he is loading and unloadidng the truck. So if someone with a sedentary job was to take it they may find that they need to do a little moving around of some type for it to work better. He also eats a fairly healthy diet. He's not a sweet tooth and he doesn't eat between meals, so if someone did eat a lot of sweets or ate between meals on a regular basis they may have to cut some of that out for the powder to work. I don't know.
It's a genuine product, has had clinical trials done on it and has a 180 day money back guarantee.
Hi AussieBoomer, just saw your message. I am interested to know what the name of the diet powder was that your husband tried, and did it have lasting results? My brother is a salesman who is on the road a lot and has gained lots of weight. He is thinking of having lap band surgery, but if he could drop 4 or 5 inches off his waist in just 2 months, that would be a huge accomplishment. Thanks!
My wife and I did the cookie diet also called smart for life and both lost 30 lbs in a matter of 3 or 4 months and have kept the weight off. Something to consider.

I recently came across http://www.oneweekslimdown.com/
I'm looking to lose a lot of weight and they claim you can lose on average 7.5 pounds in just the first week alone.
I've tried a lot of pills and herbs to kill my appetite, all which haven't done much, but apparently this is a liquid... will it work?
Please, if anybody has any info on this, share it with me, I want be well informed before spending any more money.
Thanks :-)
