"Estate closed, but still getting bills"

    We settled my father’s estate three years ago, but we occasionally still get a bill from a company in his home state (Ohio.) Does anyone know if I am obligated to pay these or even contact the company?

    u are not responsible for any debt other than yourself and wife unless you also co signed. I would not contact them or have any communication as they would hound or attempt to collect from u
