I think it's great! It's low stess on your joints, makes you more flexible and stronger. Plus it's relaxing.

I really can't think of any cons. It is an outstanding practice. I used DVD's to learn it - do start with lessons that are truly for beginners. Rodney Yee is very good, as is Patricia Walden - I would absolutely look for those two. Also look for a local class, and talk to the instructor about years in the business, the level of the class, etc.

I really think yoga is great way to keep our body fit...Start doing yoga regularly which helps to build a good health and body...It make muscles and bones more stronger and flexible.
