  Want to know a way to keep the bars in a sofa bed from poking guests. Have a Fla vacation home where my children come to stay.

  Home Trends (shophometrends.com) sells a sofa bed bar blocker and also a sofa bed foam pad that should help. They’re not cheap, but better than buying a new mattress..

  Just buy an Aero Bed. They are great, cheap and fold to nothing when you’re not using them

  American leather makes a fabulous sofabed. Expensive but wonderful. - no bars
