Express Employment Professionals (www.expresspros.com) are one of AARP's top 50 companies to work for if you are over the age of 50. They help boomers find jobs and work with companies to help employ experienced professionals and workers.

non-medical in-home care is a great industry for boomers and older. Home Instead Senior Care provides caregivers for seniors in their homes, ranging from simple companionship to personal cares, part-time a few hours a week to live-in. and it's a great job for those who are more mature - especially if you have family experience taking care of your own parents or grandparents.

and Home Instead Senior Care is an AARP Preferred Employer of Older Workers
