David Bergmann is a 20 year veteran member of the financial planning profession, a Certified Financial Planner licensee (1987), an Enrolled Agent, (1987) a Chartered Life Underwriter (1988), and a Chartered Financial Consultant (1989).

Among other accomplishments, David has served five years on the National Board of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners as well two terms as President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the ICFP. Often speaking at National financial planning events, David also spends time educating new planners into the profession through UCLA's Personal Financial Planning Certificate Program teaching income taxation and financial analysis. David mentors in the Financial Planning Association's Residency program. and he has been quoted in, written for, and/or been featured in numerous National publications and broadcasts such as Dan Rather's CBS Nightly News. David was twice named in Mutual Fund Magazine's "Top 100 Advisors" list - 2001 & 2002.
